Withdrawals are processed within 24-72 hours, but it might take more time for your processor to complete the withdrawal. Higher-level accounts get higher priority in processing.

Withdrawals to credit or debit cards are processed back to cards as “refunds” up to the amount charged by an individual for funding his/her account. Any remaining balance exceeding your deposit with your credit card will be sent via wire transfer.
For example, you deposited $1000 via a credit card, earned an additional $600 profit, and now, you want to withdraw $1600.
Subject to KYC identification documents being verified and approved, $1000 of the total $1600 would be sent back to the original card as a “refund,” and the remaining $600 would be sent via wire transfer.
Traders who have not placed any trades on their account can request their full deposit amount back to the original payment source, e.g., credit card. This will be processed as a full refund back to the card.
Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it can take up to three business days to process the request. Once the request has been approved, please allow additional 5-7 business days for the funds to show in your account.
Canceling your account
There is no additional cost if you would like to cancel your account, just place a withdrawal request and inform us about your desire to close your account. Withdrawals will be processed as per the withdrawal procedure outlined above.
